Call the senior care buildings that need what you sell.
A medication citation. A home leaning on agency nurses. A new owner reviewing contracts. Every signal is a dated state or federal record, not a guess. Our AI watches every ALF and nursing home in the states we cover, tells you who to call and why, writes the first email, and sends it to your CRM.

From a public record to the email you send.
Your briefing and call list, a drafted email, your follow-ups, Ask AI, every state you cover, the operators behind each building, and your signals email, CRM, Slack or Teams. In 60 seconds.
It reads every record. You make the calls that matter.
It reads your website to learn what you sell. Each week it checks every licensed building in your counties against that, ranks the ones with a reason to buy and says why, then writes the email, the phone opener and your call prep, and logs it in your CRM. You edit before anything goes out.
Ask about any building before you dial.
“How should I approach this building? Who should I ask for?” It pulls the facility’s record, its inspection history and anything you’ve logged there, then tells you who to ask for and what to say.
- Answers from the building’s own records, with its profile a click away
- Knows what you sell, so the pitch fits the citation
- Also builds lists, drafts the email and preps the call
- Looking up the facility
- Fetching inspection history
- Checking what you logged there
At a glance

Who to ask for
The Director of Nursing owns the med-pass fix; the administrator, H. C••••, signs vendor contracts.
What to say
“I saw your June survey flagged medication handling. We run med-pass audits with your nurses so the fix holds up on the revisit. Worth 15 minutes next week?”
Example sellers. The buildings and records are real Florida records from the last 90 days; everything the AI writes starts from each building's own record and your profile, and you edit it before it goes anywhere.

How the AI read it: inspection citations · nursing homes · Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Manatee · last 90 days
Hi, I saw Aspire at Ridge Haven was cited for medication handling in the June 3 inspection. Before surveyors come back, you'll need to show the fixes are working.
We're a Tampa Bay institutional pharmacy: 4-hour STAT delivery and consultant pharmacists who run med-pass audits with your nurses. Would 15 minutes next week be useful?
Example. Every draft uses the building's own record and your seller profile, and you edit it before it goes anywhere.
The same lands in HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Pipedrive as a company, note and contact; Slack and Teams get a post. Automatic every hour, or one click from any list.
Real records from the last 90 days; names and numbers partly hidden. Everything also arrives by email on your schedule, with a CSV.
Connect once. New signals arrive every hour, or with one click from any list.

Know the owner. Keep the accounts you have.
Included with every subscription: the operators behind each building, and a watch on the buildings you already serve.
Know who really bought it
Shell LLCs resolved to the operator behind them, and related entities grouped into one company when they share officers: their full portfolio, officers on file and recent deals. Pitch the portfolio, not just the building.
Protect the accounts you already have
Paste your client list. When a building you serve changes owners, management or administrator, gets cited or gets a state action, it's in your next email, so you hear it from us, not from a new owner's vendor review.

Where we watch. More states are opening.
Every state publishes different records, so we say exactly what we track in each one. Nursing-home citations, staffing and owners come from federal CMS data everywhere we're live. Don't see your state? Join the waitlist and we'll email you the day it opens.
Florida Live
Ownership changes, new licenses, administrator and management changes, state fines and license actions, plus nursing-home citations, staffing and owners from CMS.
Good to know.
Where does the data come from?
Public state licensing records (in Florida, the Agency for Health Care Administration; elsewhere, each state's licensing agency) and federal CMS nursing home data. We compile and clean them, and match each record to the facility's administrator and phone where the state lists them. ClearLTC tracks every licensed assisted living facility and nursing home in the states we cover, and the coverage section lists exactly what each state publishes.
Which states do you cover?
Florida today, with more states opening. Each state publishes different records: some name the owner on every license, so we catch sales; others only list the buildings, so we catch new licenses and closures. The coverage section shows what we track in each state. If yours isn't live yet, join its waitlist and we'll email you when it opens.
How current is it?
We re-check state and federal records on a recurring cycle and send what's new on your schedule: Monday morning by default, any day and hour you pick, or every weekday morning when there's something new. Timing depends on when the state and CMS publish, and nursing home citation data typically runs behind real time. Nursing-home ownership changes come from the state license record, not the CMS ownership file, which runs a year or more behind. Every row is labeled with its event date so you can see how fresh it is.
Does it work with our CRM?
Yes. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive connect directly: buildings, signals and administrators land as companies, accounts or organizations, with notes or tasks and contacts, and no duplicates. You can send a test first, choose what's sent automatically, map values into your own fields, and see a history of every send. Slack and Microsoft Teams get a post for each batch of new signals. Google Sheets, Monday, Airtable and most other tools connect through Zapier or Make with a signed webhook. Any list also downloads as a CSV in your CRM's import format.
Can I get just my counties, or just what I sell?
Yes. That's the default. Pick your counties and what you sell, and your email and portal show only the buildings that fit.
What does the AI do, and can I trust it?
It works for you on top of the public record; it doesn't invent the record. It reads your website to draft your seller profile, which you edit. Each week it ranks the buildings in your counties against that profile and says in one line why each fits, leads your email with your top picks, and drafts phone openers, emails and pre-call briefs in your words. It also screens local news and matches stories to facilities. When you ask it to find decision-makers on the web, it keeps only people named on a page it links to, and marks them unverified until you check. Contacts from state and federal filings are marked as public record.
What counts as a signal?
A public record that gives a building a reason to buy. Nursing-home inspection citations from CMS, each matched to the kind of vendor that fixes it (a medication citation for a pharmacy, a generator citation for a life-safety contractor). Staffing signals from federal payroll data, such as a home getting a large share of its nursing hours from agency staff. Ownership, management and administrator changes, new licenses and state actions from state licensing records. And local news about a specific building. Pick what you sell and your list shows the citations that fit.
How does the free week work?
Add a card at checkout and you get seven days of everything: your first signals right away (the last 90 days, so there's someone to call today), the portal, Ask AI and your CRM connection. You're charged only when the week ends, and you can cancel before then in one click from Billing. One free week per company.
Is there a contract?
No. $99 a month, cancel anytime, or $990 a year (two months free). Switch between them, update your card or cancel from Billing whenever you like.
Who's behind this?
ClearLTC is made by Holic Industries LLC, a Florida company that builds software for senior care. Questions go to a person, not a queue: sales@clearltc.com.
