These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClearLTC, including Buying Signals by ClearLTC (the "Service"). ClearLTC and Buying Signals are products ofHolic Industries LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ClearLTC is a data service for businesses that sell to nursing homes (SNFs) and assisted living facilities (ALFs). It organizes publicly available records, such as inspection citations, staffing data, ownership and license changes, enforcement actions and news, for the states listed on our site, and delivers them by email and in a web portal. Sources include the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state licensing and enforcement agencies, and news publishers. Coverage and history vary by state and by record type, as described on our site. The Service is for business research and outreach.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Plans. Buying Signals costs $99 per month or $990 per year (US dollars), billed in advance, plus any applicable taxes. The price for your plan is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial, one per company. A valid card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically and your card is charged the plan price when the trial ends. We email you a reminder before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and your card is charged the then-current price until you cancel. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your plan.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time on the Billing page (Manage subscription) or by emailing support@clearltc.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period. You keep access until then and are not charged again. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing on the Billing page; the change is prorated, and during a free trial your trial end date stays the same.
Refunds. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@clearltc.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.

Facility data displayed on the Service is sourced from government datasets and updated periodically. We do not guarantee that data is complete, current, or error-free.
The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. Users should independently verify facility information before making care placement decisions or business decisions. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.
The Service, including its design, features, and original content (excluding public government data), is owned by Holic Industries LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service or its proprietary components without our express written consent.
The Service uses third-party services including Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI features), Google (maps and news) and, when you connect them, your CRM or messaging tools. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holic Industries LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you have not made any payments.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holic Industries LLC from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time on the Billing page or by emailing us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
