Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. Introduction

ClearLTC and Buying Signals by ClearLTC, at clearltc.com (the "Service"), are products of Holic Industries LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address and, if you give them, your name, company, website and the territory and services you sell. Most people sign in with an emailed link; if you set a password, we store only a salted hash of it. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We store only a customer and subscription reference and your plan.

b. Usage Data

We automatically collect data about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, facility profiles accessed, search queries, and feature usage. This data helps us improve the product and understand aggregate usage patterns. On marketing pages, we may retain the first landing page, campaign labels and referring hostname for up to 30 minutes in session storage and attach these details to a preview request. We do not collect arbitrary URL query strings for this attribution. Marketing tracking respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

c. Browsing History (Local Storage)

To show recently viewed facilities, we store a short browsing history in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

d. Saved Content & Alerts

Saved facilities, saved searches, client workspace data, and alert subscriptions you create are stored on our servers and associated with your account.

e. Contact and Preview Requests

When you contact us or request a portfolio preview, we store the name, email, organization, facility information, and message you submit, along with the requesting page and inquiry status. We use these records to respond and manage your request. Please do not include resident or patient information.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To authenticate your account and manage your subscription
  • To send alert notifications you have subscribed to
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To send transactional emails (magic links, billing receipts)
  • To analyze aggregate usage and improve features
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Facility Data & Sources

Facility information displayed on the Service is sourced from publicly available records, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state licensing and enforcement agencies, and news publishers. This data is informational only and may not reflect the most current facility status. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this data.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Stripe for payment processing; Microsoft for email; Anthropic for AI features (for example, drafting your seller profile from your website or ranking signals); cloud hosting providers. These parties process data on our behalf.
  • Integrations you connect: if you connect a CRM, Slack, Teams or a webhook, we send your signals there.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for 7 years).

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You may contact us to:

  • Access or export a copy of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated personal data
  • Opt out of non-transactional communications

To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@clearltc.com.

9. Cookies

We use session cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and store your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
